Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering, accessing, or using Crownme you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What is Crownme

Crownme is a link-in-bio platform that lets you create a customizable public profile, share links, apply visual themes, use badges and music, and view visit and click statistics. The service is currently in beta.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Crownme. In some regions, such as the European Union, a higher minimum age may apply. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your account

Your username (handle) identifies your public profile at crownme.xyz/your-username. At this time, your handle cannot be changed after registration.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Report unauthorized access immediately to support@crownme.xyz.

5. Permitted use

You may use Crownme to create and customize your profile, publish legitimate links, share your digital presence, and view analytics tied to your account, within the technical limits of your plan.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Crownme to:

• Publish illegal, defamatory, violent, hateful, harassing, spam, malware, or child-exploitation content
• Impersonate others or register handles that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or third-party rights (does not apply to nyrlando)
• Perform mass scraping, attacks, reverse engineering, or bypass security measures
• Resell or sublicense access without written authorization
• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction

7. Your content

You retain rights to content you publish (text, links, images, avatar, and customization). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your public profile while your account is active or while the content remains published.

You are solely responsible for content and third-party links on your profile.

8. Crownme intellectual property

The Crownme brand, platform design, code, default themes, and service assets are owned by Crownme or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

9. Plans and payments

The Free plan is available at no cost during beta and includes features published at that time. Paid plans (Pro, Ultimate, or Premium) will be detailed at launch, including pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation.

We may change features during beta with reasonable effort to notify users.

10. Analytics

Crownme records profile visits and link clicks to provide statistics to profile owners. How this data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Service availability

Crownme is provided "as is" and "as available." During beta, interruptions, errors, or feature changes may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose legal risk, or harm other users. After termination, your public profile will no longer be displayed and data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crownme is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, data, or reputation arising from use of the service or third-party links on user profiles.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Crownme harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or breach of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will publish the revision date and, when the change is material, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance of the current version.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Crownme's operator jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise.
